Customer Experience Specialist - UAE National

Role Description

The Customer Experience Ambassador will focus on delivering excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include communicating with customers through multiple channels - inbound and outbound calls, chats, and other omni-channel platforms.

The Experience Ambassador owns the customer issue end-to-end, ensuring it is followed up and resolved efficiently to enhance first call resolution and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and operations
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus
