Job summary
This role will provide administrative support to one of our branches. We are seeking an outstanding customer focused Administrative Assistant to join a fast growing company to provide a high quality administration service.
Main Duties:
- Deal with clients on daily basis over the phone and by email, maintain relationships with them, ensure their satisfaction, handle complaints and requirements
- Liaise with clients in person at the training field on a daily basis
- Follow up on payments and handle collection of money whenever necessary
- Use company-based computer system to record payments and entry data
- Carry out other appropriate general office duties as assigned by the management
- Provide administration support to the team
Required Skills
- IT Literate in Word, Outlook & Excel
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding telephone manner in English
- Excellent command of spelling and grammar
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Office environment in UAE
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Self motivated and dedicated
- Excellent time management
- Ability to carry out administrative tasks quickly and accurately
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Professionalism in dealing with clients
- UAE drivers license is required for this job role
