Job Title: Customer Greeter
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Greeter / Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome, providing guidance about products and services, and gathering customer feedback to help improve overall satisfaction and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or assistance regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
Guide customers to relevant departments or staff members for further assistance.
Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Ensure the entrance and customer waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Intermediate.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Candidate age must be between 20-25 years.
