Job Title: Sales and customer handling
Location: Rajiv Chowk, Gurugram (Onsite – 5 days a week)
About Us:
Healthy Wiggles is a premium fresh dog food subscription brand that provides freshly cooked, balanced meals for pets. We’re building a new category in India and are looking for energetic, driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle sales operations and manage end-to-end customer interactions (WhatsApp, Instagram, offline events).
Support in business development – identifying leads, building relationships with pet parents, and closing subscriptions.
Assist in field outreach – engaging with pet-friendly cafés, dog walkers, vets, and communities.
Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations, logistics coordination, and client servicing.
Maintain CRM records and follow-up communication with leads.
Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Pursuing final year or recently graduated in BBA, B.Com, or related field.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Passion for pets/dogs is a huge plus.
Comfortable with both onsite office work and occasional field visits.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
Proactive attitude, ability to take ownership, and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
