Key Responsibilities

• Enter data provided by customers or internal teams with speed and accuracy
• Verify and correct information by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing records to keep data current and correct
• Retrieve customer or account details when needed
• Review source documents for completeness before data entry
• Use keyboards or scanners to input data into the system
• Follow internal procedures and suggest process improvements
• Handle all data with confidentiality and care
