Customer Happiness Consultant (Emiratization)

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data provided by customers or internal departments into company systems.
- Verify and validate information by comparing it with original source documents.
- Update and maintain existing records to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Retrieve customer, account, or service details upon request.
- Review source documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies before data entry.
- Use keyboards, scanners, and internal software systems efficiently to input data.
- Follow established internal procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented support to customers and ensure a positive service experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- UAE National with a valid Family Book (required).
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
