Customer Happiness Consultant (UAEn)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data provided by customers or internal departments into company systems.
  • Verify and validate information by comparing it with original source documents.
  • Update and maintain existing records to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Retrieve customer, account, or service details upon request.
  • Review source documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies before data entry.
  • Use keyboards, scanners, and internal software systems efficiently to input data.
  • Follow established internal procedures, policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
  • Provide friendly, solution-oriented support to customers and ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book (required).
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
