We are looking for a Customer Happiness Manager to join our Jaipur office. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, partners, and internal teams while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with international clients and partners
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and support teams
  • Identify service improvement and business growth opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Excellent relationship-management and coordination abilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities efficiently
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management preferred

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management / customer success (preferred)
