We're hiring experienced professionals across four key areas:
These roles sit within the Customer Value Management and Analytics function, supporting the bank's growth, retention and customer engagement strategy. Positioned between Marketing, Product and Commercial teams, you'll help translate customer insight into initiatives that increase customer value, improve customer experiences and support strategic decision-making.
Function: Customer Value Management (CVM) / Customer Analytics
Reporting to: Head of Customer Value Management
You'll help build the foundations of a best-in-class CVM capability, influencing how millions of customers are acquired, engaged, retained and reactivated. Your work will directly shape customer journeys, commercial outcomes and strategic decision-making.
