Customer Interaction Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Customer Interaction Executive with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, possess good communication skills, and are looking to build a career in a customer-facing role within the construction/engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client interactions via phone and email.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
• Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of construction or engineering processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Female candidates preferred
