Job description
Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving Issues: Handling complaints and providing solutions to customer problems.
Product Knowledge: Understanding products and services to assist customers effectively. (F&B , FMCG UAE Experience is a must)
Order Processing: Managing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborating: Working with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintaining Professionalism: Ensuring a positive customer experience through patience, empathy, and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills in English
ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
Education-
Bachelors / Masters in any field.
Skills Required-
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and find solutions.
Empathy: Understanding and addressing customer needs and emotions.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time and multitasking.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Language – fluent in English, Hindi will be an added advantage.
UAE Driving license preferred.
Good hold on MS office, if have Oracle NetSuite will be preferred.
Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 6,500.00 per month
