Customer Logistics Executive

Job Summary

To develop the logistics relationship with customers by analyzing forecasts, inventory & service levels, and facilitating cross-functional meetings in order to provide relevant data that will enable Transmed to make strategic operational decisions.

Accountabilities

Customer Service Management

  • Execute stock management by ensuring the correct item reaches the appropriate customer at the correct timing
  • Manage daily order processing activities for a specified account or group of accounts
  • Manage key accounts on inventory by proactively suggesting strategies that impact the customers ordering forecast

Replenishment Management

  • Track On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
  • Monitor promotional orders to ensure timely shipment and arrival at the customers by the requested delivery date

Report Analysis

  • Perform regular analysis of customer service levels and complete monthly Key Performance Reporting (KPI’s)
  • Identify gaps and conduct root cause analysis on a daily basis in order to drive service level improvements
  • Understand supply chain requirements for customers and develop solutions to solve issues

Qualifications

  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • 1-2 years of Logistics experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business
