The Customer Loyalty Representative is a role in our Customer Service department where you will be interacting with people over the phone. The main responsibility of this role is making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients. As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will contribute to the team's efforts to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with existing clients.

Location: This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus or within the GMT+2 time zone.

What will you be doing?

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for sales purposes.
• Present offers for products and services.
• Handle various cross-sell and upsell call campaigns to our existing customers.
• Interact with people over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensure customers' questions are answered during the first call.
  
• Resolve any issues that may arise during and after the sales process.
• Follow up on all opportunities until sales are successfully closed.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to build lasting relationships.

• We are looking for people with excellent selling and communication skills, with a passion for phone sales and helping others!
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• Interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and a desire to kickstart your career in a telecommunications company.
• Previous sales experience in a commission-based call center environment will give you an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
