The Customer Loyalty Representative is a role in our Customer Service department where you will be interacting with people over the phone. The main responsibility of this role is making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients. As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will contribute to the team's efforts to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with existing clients.
Location: This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus or within the GMT+2 time zone.
