Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and information.
• Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Support customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, fostering a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer support processes within the office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Banking or insurance experience helpful.
• Insurance P&C License preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus, demonstrating proactive engagement with customers.
• Proficient cash handling skills are desirable for managing transactions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented office environment are crucial for success in this role.
