Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Management Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our range of marine safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct detailed client requirement assessments and propose suitable solutions.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Engage with existing clients to encourage renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing is desirable.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Female candidates will be given preference.
• Candidates holding a sponsored visa will be given preference.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around Abu Dhabi are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Saturday: 08:00 AM – 01:30 PM
