We’re hiring a Customer Onboarding Representative to help new customers discover, set up, and get the most out of our shopping experience. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, style guidance, and brand storytelling.
You’ll guide new customers through their first purchases, help them explore collections, answer questions about sizing or features, and make sure their introduction to the brand feels personal and memorable.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome new customers and guide them through their first shopping experience
- Help customers navigate collections, sizing guides, and style features
- Assist with account setup, order questions, and onboarding communications
- Provide styling suggestions and product recommendations when customers ask
- Share tips on how to get the most value from membership perks and promotions
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to relay customer insights
- Ensure every customer’s first experience with the brand feels seamless and exciting

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, onboarding, client success, or retail preferred
- Interest in fashion, styling, or e-commerce brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with chat platforms, email support tools, and CRM systems
- Organized and proactive when managing multiple conversations
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel confident in what they buy

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
