Customer Operations

Journey is working with a freight brokerage looking for experienced Customer facing operations reps. Candidates with no prior freight brokerage operations experience will not be considered.

• Onsite in Chicago
• Salary range determined by experience: $50k-$60k + variable comp
• 2+ years of experience in a Freight Brokerage Customer Operations Role

Responsibilities include:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Full scale load execution
• Accepting/rejecting load tenders
• Load building
• Scheduling pickups and deliveries
• Problem solving
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.

Our client does require 2+ years of previous experience in shipper-facing customer operations.
