Customer Service Operator – Contrast Wellness

Role Summary:
The Female Customer Service Operator is the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-of-house experience. This role is responsible for check-in, bookings, payments, facility preparation, and providing a high standard of customer service that aligns with Contrast’s luxury wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Service
- Welcome all clients warmly, assist with check-in and guide them through their session flow.
- Respond to client questions about services, pricing, memberships, and promotions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- Support new client onboarding, explain how to use saunas, ice baths, and other facilities safely and comfortably.
- Ensure a calm, organized, and professional environment throughout the studios..
- Collect and record client feedback and escalate concerns to the Supervisor where necessary.
Front Desk
- Manage booking system: process appointments, cancellations, and reschedules accurately.
- Handle POS transactions including cash, card, and membership payments.
- Maintain daily records and ensure accurate reporting of sales and attendance.
- Keep the reception area stocked with forms, waivers, and retail items.
Facility Preparation
- Prepare and reset rooms between sessions according to company standards.Ensure towels and amenities are clean, stocked, and ready.
- Report maintenance issues or low inventory levels to the Supervisor promptly.
Communication & Team Support
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Provide operational updates to the Supervisor and follow instructions given.
- Support any in-studio marketing initiatives such as events, collaborations, or client appreciation activities.
- Ensure clients sign required waivers prior to use of facilities.
- Monitor client well-being during sessions, alert Supervisor if assistance is required.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Cash Handling & Financial Duties
- Oversee daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
- Ensure POS transactions are accurately completed and logged.
- Monitor stock usage (ice, towels, amenities) and report replenishment needs.
- Secure all financial documentation and safely handle studio funds.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a wellness, spa, or hospitality setting (minimum 2 years).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; other languages a bonus).
- Confident handling cash and using POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for wellness, recovery, or holistic health is a plus.
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts including weekends, mornings (starting 7am) and evenings (closing up to 10pm) across various Dubai locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
