About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers across multiple channels. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model, combining both office presence and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in improving customer service processes and workflows
- Support administrative tasks when needed
Requirements
- Female candidate (as per business requirements)
- Young, energetic, and presentable personality
- Excellent communication skills (bilingual)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work in a hybrid environment (office + remote)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
