Customer Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers across multiple channels. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model, combining both office presence and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist in improving customer service processes and workflows
  • Support administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Female candidate (as per business requirements)
  • Young, energetic, and presentable personality
  • Excellent communication skills (bilingual)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid environment (office + remote)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
