You support our team as
CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
  • Oversee and streamline order processing, complaint resolution, and return handling procedures.
  • Monitor level of service and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and implementing improvements to meet company targets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key internal stakeholders regarding shipments, receivables, product availability, claims, and product range guidance.
  • Coordinate with transport companies and ensure accurate processing of incoming invoices.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on execution of the sales plan, launch and timing of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to agreed conditions, and preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update pricing lists and order forms, ensuring timely communication to distributors.
  • Foster strong communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Controlling, Accounting, International Supply Chain Management, IT teams, logistics partners, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher on o related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and native level Turkish.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and EDI systems.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
