JOB LOCATION:
South Phoenix (Ahwatukee area) – Frye & 40th St.
PAY:
$25/hour ($52,000) + Pre-Paid PTO (valued up to $6,500 annually - see benefits for details)
This is a customer operations role responsible for managing end-to-end order flow, customer communication, and ERP-style system coordination to ensure accuracy and on-time execution across multiple internal teams.
It requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and consistency.

What You'll Do
- Own order processing and order management from entry through shipment, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements and internal procedures
- Coordinate workflow across warehouse, accounting, and internal systems to ensure smooth order execution within ERP-style systems and operational processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, managing order updates, issues, and resolution across email, phone, and live chat
- Identify discrepancies, perform data cleanup, and contribute to process improvements that enhance system accuracy and operational efficiency
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure data accuracy, including contacts, notes, SKUs, and related information
- Create factory purchase orders for international customers
- Manage customer engagement programs, including loyalty initiatives, product review tracking, toy tester administration, fulfillment, and feedback monitoring
- Maintain and organize multiple email inboxes

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or operations support within structured systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in ERP-style or system-driven workflows
- Experience working with order management, customer accounts, or multi-step operational processes preferred
- Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain strong follow-through
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working within structured procedures, defined workflows, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable in daily operational work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
