We’re looking for a Customer Orders Coordinator — Operations Support to join our growing team in Jeddah .

If you’re organized, proactive, customer-focused, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this might be the role for you.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, coordination, or hospitality
  • Strong communication in English & Arabic (written + spoken)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp Business
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and works independently
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer orders and communication
  • Monitoring order progress and ensuring timely execution
  • Coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams
  • Maintaining clear order records and supporting daily operations


Location: Jeddah

Job type: Full-time (day/evening shifts)
