Description:
The Customer Portal Product Manager is responsible for owning, developing, and enhancing Unilode’s Customer Portal. This role ensures the portal delivers real customer value, aligns with commercial and operational goals, and offers intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Working in close partnership with engineering, data, customer success, UX, and commercial stakeholders, the Product Manager drives clarity, prioritisation, and execution to deliver impactful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Ownership

Define, maintain, and communicate the Customer Portal roadmap in alignment with business strategy.

Ensure product direction is guided by customer feedback, operational priorities, and commercial insights.

The position is based in Bangalore and may require occasional travel or flexible collaboration across time zones. Requirements:
Skills and Experience

Product management experience, ideally in a B2B or operational software environment.

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional technical teams.

Strong experience translating business needs into user stories and feature sets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and managing multiple priorities.

Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or aviation industries is a plus.
