What awaits you as the Customer Quality Engineer?

As the Customer Quality Engineer, you are responsible for handling customer complaints during project and mass production stages, managing customer quality documentation, overseeing customer audits, engaging in quality assurance activities, preparing customer-related quality documentation and managing its execution.


In addition to these, Customer Quality Engineer at CMS is responsible for the following processes:

  • Contacts customers on quality issues, evaluates and finalizes customer complaints for the related customer group,
  • Ensures that all quality requirements are known, implemented and developed both in production factories and in contacts with customers,
  • Plays an active role at every stage of customer audits,
  • Supports new product launch processes,
  • Carries out internal audit activities and ensures the follow-up of actions.
  • Responsible for the following processes, including oversight of project quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.


What do we expect from you?

🎓Bachelor’s degree from Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering departments of universities.

📚Fluent in English, German is a plus,

🚗 Quality experience the automotive industry,

🎯 Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 Quality Management System,

🔧 Knowledge of quality instruments (eg. FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 5 Reasons),

📑 Customer-focused and good communication skills,

🙌 Team player in an international and dynamic working environment,

✈ Flexible to domestic and international travel.
