Customer Quality Engineer
Valgroup is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer in Findlay, Ohio.

What you will do:
- Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities, including troubleshooting equipment and product issues
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels at customer locations
- Inspect and evaluate products in response to customer complaints
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Conduct customer training sessions and technical demonstrations
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Sales, and Manufacturing teams
- Identify and recommend product and process improvements
- Support new product launches and customer development initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits and service activities
Skills needed for success:
- Strong technical and mechanical background
- Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 – 5 years experience
