Customer Relation Coordinator

Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments.
  • Welcome clients and ensure a professional reception.
  • Create and maintain individual client files.
  • Introduce the company and present our approved suppliers.
  • Provide professional assistance and resolve client concerns.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts.
  • Publish content, respond to client messages, and handle inquiries online.
  • Utilize knowledge of social media algorithms to increase engagement and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer and office software skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage client relations effectively.
  • Leadership personality with strong organizational skills.
