Customer Relation Executive

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE).

Company: Mega Freight Movers Ltd (Established 1972).
Location: Lower Parel West, Mumbai (Preferred candidates from nearby locations).

About Us:
Mega Freight Movers Ltd is a leading Logistics & Distribution company operating Pan India since 1972. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to maintain and enhance relationships with our clients and ensure smooth operations.

Experience: 3+ years in customer service, client relationship.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Salary: As per company Standards.
Immediate Joiner Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers and resolve issues promptly
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Credit Control team
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns
• Maintain daily outstanding reports and track progress
• Act as a team player with a positive approach to client relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good understanding of customer service practices and client management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred / Added Advantage: Experience in Hospitality sector or American Express / International client servicing
