The Customer Service Representative Intern will assist in managing smooth communication between clients, partners, and internal teams. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every stakeholder receives prompt and professional support. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and customers through email, phone, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, service requests, and support tickets promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical processes.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service resolution.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback.
• Ensure all communication aligns with Vihaas’s brand standards and professional tone.

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding or interest in telecom, technology, or R&D operations (preferred).
• Flexible and reliable in managing communication across varied schedules.
