Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-Face Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer their queries, and provide information on our products and services.
- Guide customers through their purchasing journey, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
WhatsApp Query Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer support, answer questions, and guide customers through the buying process.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to close deals and encourage repeat business.
Sales and Deal Closure:
- Help customers make purchasing decisions and close sales both in-person and over WhatsApp.
- Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate, to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues quickly.
Administrative Support:
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions.
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries or service requests.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or other messaging platforms is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Tech-savvy with a comfort level in handling digital communication tools.
Personality:
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Self-motivated, with a sales-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
Availability:
- Must be available to work 10 Am to 08 pm ( Mon to Sat ).
