We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our real estate team as Customer Relation / Sales Officers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate property visits and guide customers through the buying process.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
• Quick learner and self-motivated.

Languages Required:

• Kannada (Mandatory)
• English
• Hindi
• Preferred: Malayalam
