We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relations to join our dynamic team at Safe Center for Autism In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, providing clear and concise solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services.
- Document and track client interactions ensuring accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall service quality.
- Identify trends in clients inquiries and feedback, providing insights to management for process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Must be a UAE National
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using common office software
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset.
- Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
