Customer Relations Floor Lead/Host

As a Host duty primarily focuses on running the day-to-day operations of a dining establishment and ensuring the guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter and leave the restaurant. Having a keen attention to detail and being able to prioritize tasks.

• Some week days are needed
• AVAILABILITY Friday, Saturday & Sunday are Required
• Providing excellent customer service
• Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant.
• Assisting Manager with opening and closing procedures
• Providing support to management team and restaurant
• Administrative work for the restaurant
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations with small and large parties
• Responding to emails for reservation inquiries
• Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
• Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
• Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have.
• Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure an even workload for management and wait staff.
• Meeting with tables during their time at the restaurant to further elevate guest experiences.
• Manage floor map to maximize guest occupancy of the restaurant.
• Complete side work throughout shift when slow
• Assist team/restaurant with bussing tables, running food and beverages to tables, cleaning, etc.
• Assist guests with To Go, Take Out and Delivery Orders
• Possible to travel 1.5 miles to assist at sister restaurant nearby

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
