· Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

2. Sales & Customer Insights

· Analyze customer data to identify buying trends and high-value customers.

· Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns.

· Monitor customer lifecycle stages and create retention strategies.

3. Loyalty Program Management

· Manage and grow the brand’s loyalty program.

· Track points, rewards, and redemptions.

· Engage customers through personalized offers based on their perfume preferences.

4. Campaign Management

· Assist in planning and executing CRM email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.

· Segment customers for specific product launches or promotions.

· Track campaign performance (open rate, conversion rate, retention rate).

5. Customer Service Support

· Coordinate with retail teams to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly.

· Collect and record customer feedback from stores and online platforms.

· Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase.
