The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
- Service customers over the phone and practices telephone courtesies at all times.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships
- Practicing quality in all aspect of the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to achieve and exceed agreed productivity and KPI targets inline with unit objectives.
- Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
- Consistently cross sell and upsell group’s financial products and services during customer interaction.
- Maintain daily recordings, and log and document issues and resolutions in an electronic database for sales and executive management teams to review
