Customer Relations Officer (Female)

We are looking for a Professional and Customer-oriented Female CRO to manage client relationships and ensure smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Education: Educate customers on the full range of services offered by the organization.
  • Inquiry Management: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, guiding them to the correct departments.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Call Management: Manage incoming calls and route them effectively to the appropriate staff members.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments for both customers and branch staff.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with typists, supervisors, and other staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • CRM Activities: Co-ordinate and conduct CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities at the branch level.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure that brochures, forms, and informational materials are available to customers and support branch staff with clerical duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Any University Degree.
  • Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or front-desk roles in the UAE is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
  • Personal Attributes: Presentable, professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
  • Visa Status: Husband Visa Holders Only
