Customer Relations Representative
The Customer Relations Representative plays a key role in creating positive, lasting impressions for Landry’s guests. In this position, you will serve as a first point of contact for our customers, providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support across all Landry’s brands and locations. You will learn about our restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and corporate departments, allowing you to confidently answer questions, resolve concerns, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookSupport customer retention efforts by creating positive experiences that reflect Landry’s commitment to hospitality and service excellence

Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring every interaction is helpful, positive, and solution‑focused

Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly communicate details to the appropriate departments or leadership for follow‑up and resolution

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence

Ability to type quickly and accurately while navigating multiple systems

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

At least one year of customer service experience (call center or hospitality experience is a plus but not required)
