Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
• Manage outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and promote products and services.
• Assist customers with account management, including data entry, updating contact details, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated sales experience or ability to upsell products/services effectively.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with data entry, analysis skills, and call center technology is a plus
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns or customer service roles involving client interaction is desirable.
