Maintain strong carrier relationships and service standards.

Resolve service interruptions, claims, and transportation challenges.

Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to maintain accurate records.

Monitor account activity and performance metrics.

Maintain documentation and customer information within company systems.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $125,000

Minimum five years of experience within a non-asset freight brokerage environment.

Proven business development, transportation sales, or account management experience.
-
Strong understanding of freight pricing and transportation execution.

Experience supporting FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized Freight, Intermodal, and Over-Dimensional shipments.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
