Looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC) for Real Estate to join our growing team. The CRC will play a key role in supporting the sales and leasing teams by contacting property owners, acquiring property listings, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact property owners to introduce HLAND Real Estate services.
- Acquire property listings for sale and lease.
- Maintain and update property details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams regarding available units.
- Follow up with property owners to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure accuracy of property information and documentation.
- Support the marketing team with property details for advertising.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, call center, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with property owners.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with CRM systems (Bitrix24 experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
