Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our manufacturing operations team. The role involves coordinating with customers, internal production teams, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, dispatch, delivery timelines, and product details
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding order status
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery schedules
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communication
- Support the sales team with documentation and follow-ups
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (manufacturing/industrial background preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of order processing and supply chain flow
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
