Customer Relationship Executive

An expansion program have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially aware Strategic Account Partner to support the growth and retention of our existing customer base across multiple regions.

This role is designed for professionals who understand that strong customer relationships are the backbone of a successful distribution business. You will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customers remain engaged, satisfied, and consistently growing their business with us.

Rather than traditional customer service, this position plays a direct role in protecting revenue, increasing basket size, and strengthening our reputation within the HoReCa community.

Requirements

  • · Fluency in English
  • · 1–3 years of experience in customer facing roles or sales coordinatio, preferably in foodservice, FMCG, or a trading company
  • · Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • · Comfortable working in a fast paced business and assisting in off duty hours
  • · Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • · Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • · Customer Relationship Management
  • · Build strong relationships with the Chefs, Purchasers and business owners
  • · Conduct Follow up to understand customer needs and expectations
  • · Support Revenue Growth
  • · Promote products, new arrivals and alternatives
  • · Encourage consistent ordering behaviour
  • · Retain customer and reinforce long tem partnerships
  • · Cordinate with the sales team in managing existing accounts
  • · Cordinate with the opertaions, finance to ensure seamless service
