About the Role
We are looking for highly energetic, confident, and people-loving Customer Relations Executives to become the face of our showroom experience.
This role is not just about customer service. It is about creating memorable experiences, building long-term customer relationships, and bringing warmth and energy into the showroom environment.
You will play a major role in welcoming customers, explaining our brand story, supporting marketing initiatives, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive impression of the brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome every customer warmly and professionally as they enter the showroom
- Create a positive first impression and guide customers comfortably inside
- Assist in managing customer flow during busy periods
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel attended to
- Build rapport and maintain friendly conversations with customers
Brand Communication
- Explain the company story, heritage, collections, and brand values confidently
- Communicate ongoing offers, campaigns, exhibitions, and loyalty programs
- Help customers understand the uniqueness of collections and services
Relationship Building & Customer Retention
- Regularly call existing customers to maintain relationships
- Invite customers for events, launches, festive collections, and exhibitions
- Follow up with previous visitors and dormant customers
- Build long-term customer connections through personalized interaction
Marketing & Customer Engagement Activities
- Encourage and collect Google Reviews from satisfied customers
- Increase Instagram/social media follows and engagement
- Coordinate customer testimonials and feedback recordings
- Assist in creating customer video testimonials and happy customer moments
- Support WhatsApp marketing and database engagement activities
Outdoor & Front-Facing Engagement
- At times, stand outside or near the storefront to welcome and usher customers into the showroom
- Engage mall/walk-in traffic with confidence and positivity
- Create excitement and curiosity around promotions and collections
Customer Data & CRM
- Maintain customer records accurately
- Collect customer preferences, birthdays, anniversaries, and contact details
- Ensure customer information is updated in the CRM/database system
Team & Store Support
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth customer handling
- Support store events, exhibitions, launches, and festive activations
- Maintain showroom energy, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely energetic and enthusiastic
- Friendly, approachable, and confident while speaking
- Well groomed with strong presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking to strangers and building rapport quickly
- Passionate about customer experience and hospitality
- Social-media friendly and comfortable taking photos/videos
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Prior retail, hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, or front-office experience is preferred
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
