Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure timely communication, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the property buying lifecycle — from booking to possession and post-handover support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Provide regular project updates (construction progress, approvals, handover timelines).
- Address customer queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers.
2. Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Site teams.
- Assist customers with agreement signing, documentation, and payment schedules.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per construction milestones.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
3. Site Visit & Handover Support
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Assist during property inspection and handover process.
- Ensure smooth possession and registration process.
4. Complaint Resolution
- Log and track customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution.
- Follow up until issue closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Post-Sales Engagement
- Maintain regular follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Support referral and repeat sales initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
- CRM software knowledge preferred.
