We are seeking a qualified Emirati Candidate for a Customer Relationship Executive role. The position is responsible for managing client relationships, enhancing patient experience, and supporting administrative and customer service operations within the clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage client interactions in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain professional relationships with clinic clients and patients.
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Support and coordinate front-desk activities to meet patient service standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote clinic services, offers, and programs to support revenue growth.
• Monitor and manage client feedback, Google reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare CRM, service quality, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with clinic management and internal teams to improve service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or client relations.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic environments is an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred) and MS Office skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Professional presentation and service orientation.
