Customer Relationship Executive (UAE Nationals only)

## Role summary

Client Emirates Pride is hiring a Customer Relations Executive (UAE National) for its facility in Nad Al Hamar, Dubai. The role is entry-level and focused on front-line customer interaction, basic complaint handling, and maintaining customer records to support an excellent customer experience.

## Position details

- Title: Customer Relations Executive – UAE National (UAEN)

- Location: Nad Al Hamar, Dubai – on-site only

- Working hours: Mon–Thu full day, Fri 3 hours

- Salary: 6,000 – 8,000 AED per month (all-inclusive) + standard UAE benefits (visa, medical insurance, 30 days annual leave)

- Reporting to: Customer Relations Manager

- Type: Full-time, new headcount

## Must-have screening criteria

- UAE National with valid family book (no exceptions).

- Female candidates preferred as per client brief.

- Based in Dubai or willing to commute daily to Nad Al Hamar.

- Education: Minimum high school; degree holder preferred (fresh or 0–1 year experience acceptable).

- Languages: Very good Arabic and English (spoken and written).

- Availability: Immediate joiner strongly preferred.

- Good academic record / GPA.

## Key responsibilities (high level)

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, handle calls and messages, and provide accurate information on products and services.

- Log customer inquiries, requests, and basic complaints, and escalate complex issues to the Customer Relations Manager.

- Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the system/CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and proper follow-up with customers.

## Competencies to assess

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, presentable, and customer-focused.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic MS Office / systems.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail/service environment.
