Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between the production team and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes in production timelines.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Prepare and share quotes, product specifications, and technical documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and order histories in CRM or ERP systems.
  • Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or solutions.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to assist in product or service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes and product types is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and terminology (e.g., tempered glass, laminated glass, float glass).
  • Experience working with supply chain or logistics teams.
  • Fluency in [local language] and English for effective client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
