Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between the production team and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of glass manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality assurance) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes in production timelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Prepare and share quotes, product specifications, and technical documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and order histories in CRM or ERP systems.
- Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or solutions.
- Collect and report customer feedback to assist in product or service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes and product types is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and terminology (e.g., tempered glass, laminated glass, float glass).
- Experience working with supply chain or logistics teams.
