Customer Relationship Executives (CRM)

Core Responsibilities: Manage client SLAs, feedback, and renewals. Coordinate with Ops and Finance for service delivery. Feed growth opportunities to BDMs.

• CRM - specifically for Zepto- looking for someone who has worked on previously with Quick commerce companies or have had them as clients.
• Ideal Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Key Skills: Client servicing, coordination, someone who has experience in rapid co-ordination, sla reporting, multi stakeholder dealing and resolving issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
