Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle sales activities in the immigration consulting field. The role involves counseling clients, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to immigration and visa services
- Counsel clients on immigration programs (PR, Work Visa, etc.)
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings to close sales
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling
- Attend walk-in clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of immigration processes (training can be provided)
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Customer-centric and result-oriented mindset
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education, or service industry
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
