Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing customer relationships and responding to client enquiries.
  • Support the Freight Manager in day-to-day operations and logistics enquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports and updates.
  • Learn and adapt to new processes and tools in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Prior exposure to logistics operations (1–2 years preferred).
  • Proactive, organised, and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
