Job Title: Sales Operations & Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Department: Commercial / Business Office

Reports To: Chief Business Officer


Role Summary

Run day-to-day sales operations and support the CBO. Track sales targets and KPIs, keep the CRM clean, produce clear reports, and manage relationships with banks and partners.

Key Responsibilities


Sales Operations

  • Monitor sales progress by product, channel, and salesperson.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and resolve gaps promptly.
  • Build monthly and quarterly KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Track pipeline health and deal stages; flag risks early.
  • Coordinate handover from sales to onboarding and operations.
  • Manage sales proposal templates and contracts.


Support for CBO

  • Prepare briefs, decks, and meeting summaries.
  • Manage calendars, follow-ups, and action lists.
  • Draft and organize bank onboarding documents and checklists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.


CRM and Reporting

  • Own CRM configuration, fields, views, and hygiene rules.
  • Standardize activity logging and stage definitions.
  • Run routine reports: targets vs. actuals, conversion, and cycle times.
  • Support audits and board-pack inputs related to sales.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
  • 2–3 years in sales operations, commercial coordination, or executive support; fintech or banking is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Clear written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail; able to handle confidential work.
